Why this course: I chose this course because I was really interested in how modern popular culture uses a lot of symbolism from religion. I decided to take this course after seeing many of the websites created by others in previous years of this course.

Why this topic: I chose this topic because I was really interested in music and the influence of religion in music. Bring Me The Horizon is one of my favourite bands and is perceived as a band which opposes organized religion so it was very thought provoking to dive deeper into their music and try to establish links to religion.

Favourite part of this course: I loved the fact that working on this website just involved me listening to every single song and album BMTH has. It made me fall more in love with my favourite band.
